- We accept 100% advance Payments through bank transfer/Credit or Debit card.
- We do not operate credit payments.
- No cash on delivery.
- Goods will be shipped on receipt of 100% advance Payment.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped by us. Cancellation is not possible for the orders obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali etc. These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the product. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Full payment will be credited back to your bank account within 5 to 10 working days.
Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:
- Unavailability of the product.
- Errors in the details provided (us or customer).
- Problems identified by Credit and Fraud Avoidance department.
In the unfortunate case of an order being cancelled by us, we will keep you posted on the same and 100% of your payment will be credited back to your bank account.
- We ship to any location across India. Please note, there are restrictions on some products and places, where shipping is not possible.
- Delivery within India is FREE of cost (* Selected Products).
- CASH ON DELIVERY is applicable only within CHENNAI.
- Delivery charges for regions other than Chennai will be as per actual and the same will be displayed during the time of purchase.
- We deliver within 2 working days within Chennai and for all other locations it will be within 7 working days.
- In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.
- For shipments outside Chennai (Within India) Octroi charges (if any), has to be borne by the customer.
- To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.
- Tracking code will be mailed to you, once your product is shipped.
- We ship from Monday through Saturday excluding public holidays.
- If you feel that the packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- All products will be shipped with the original invoice mentioning the price inclusive of taxes.
- Delivery charges are applicable as per actual.
- Number of days for delivery depends on location and courier services available.
